Am planning a long weekend in May/June time to visit Ragley Hall, Tywcross Zoo, Black Country Museum.

Need a campsite in the area, ideally a quiet one without any entertainment, clubhouse, etc. Just need nice clean showers and loos in a pretty location.

Anyone know a good one? TIA.

hia have you tried the "friendly campsite" at conkers in the heart of the national forest in Moira/Overseal. its superb abd lots of attractions in walking distant, 5 mins to the zoo

we stayed here for 4 weeks in the summer (DH was seconded through work and we stayed in our caravan, in all the pooring rain lol). Its a lovely site, and is ideal for Twycross. We are from birmingham and its a really easy trip down the M42 to reach Brum and all the other places you want to visit.

The one at Bosworth looks nice. Thanks.

I'm not in the Caravan and Camping club and I think you need to be a member to stay at the other sites so no go, but thanks.
