I just looked at a site called chantepie , was that this place? It wouldn't tell me prices for next may. My parents want to go to france with us then.

I've been to chantepie, a few years ago now, but it is a lovely site

mmm the too many English thing really put me off booking there for next year - but I fear that about all the 'nice' sites in France!

so go on were there tatts and crocs being worn simultaneously? or braying Lucindas and Nigel's? - no offence to mn spouses who have those names - unless they bray in a horsey way.

TBH, my experience is that if it isn't the Brits then it is athe Dutch

Not that I have anything against the Dutch you understand , But they do like their camping, and they do like to camp in France!

oooh thong man reminds me of our hol the summer I was pg, the really hot summer 0f 2003 we went to France camping, I felt so ill we checked in to a hotel in the Alps hoping to cool down a bit, there was an odd family there - boy about 9 with mum and dad (but not together) and another bloke, either mum's or dad's new man, we couldn't quite tell, but dad wore a different colour thong every day, made me feel even more queasy!
