I need comfy chairs. We have the bog standard Tesco umbrella folding ones (you know..the ones you get everywhere).
I want something that comes up higher and more armchair-like somehow
Any recommendations?

My husband uses his fishing chair camping, its much comfier but also takes up more room, he got it from Argos. It has a higher back and padding.

We took sunloungers this year, the sort that are chairs but recline as well, and they were fab. We kept having to kick dd and dsd out of them, so we're going to get 2 more. We do have a mahoosive trailer to get them in though.

We've got a roof box only..so can't do sun loungers . They do look much more comfy though.
I was thinking something that folds umbrella like...but comes higher up and gives some head/neck support...or was more reclined.
The ones we have hurt your calfs and the back of your neck

We use fold up loungers as they are so much more comfortable than the umbrella type chairs. They fold flat and we tie them onto the backs of our car seats so they don't take up too much room in the car.

Our loungers aren't the ones with foam filled covers - we wouldn't have space for those

Came to this thread late but thought it was worth mentioning these;
outwell camper deluxe

they are totally fabbo, really supportive and sturdy.
we use them indoors when we need extra chairs and everyone comments on how comfortable they are.

ooh just saw this

Thanks dusty
We've actually already ordered those very ones after trying a few out at a showroom. They definitely were the most comfy from the ones we tried
Glad we made a good choice
