Electric hook up advice please

Looking to buy an electric hook up kit, only need it to charge camera and phone etc.

Would prefer to buy from amazon if possible as have voucher to use - any recommendations.

As an aside recently went camping for first time and people next to us brought a microwave - is that usual??

I don't know if you can get one on uk amazon though.. there's some stuff on the american one but it's pricey. There might be some other type of portable generator or inverter you can get.

This is the Amazon equivalent of the basic hookup that Go Outdoors sells.

EHU is very limiting though, might be worth investing in a range of car chargers instead if you don't need electric in the tent for heat/light/cooking.

A microwave? Not usual with us, but, hey, someone pitched near us last weekend had a standard lamp and a wooden bookcase amongst other things so who's to judge?

To be fair, it wasn't in a tent, it was in a caravan awning.
