Camping in Warwick in first week of October-foolishness?

Um, thats it, really

we want to go and eat apples at the Rydale Apple Day

Our kids are 3 and 1

Will it be completely freezing or it is doable?

Or shall we just get a b&b like normal people?

Thoughts?

We have been in the last week in september and it is pretty chilly of an evening and first thing in the morning. If you can afford a B&B I would go in one tbh! If not I am sure it will be fine, just take sensible clothes

We camped at half term in October a couple of years ago it was very cold at night and not something we'd do again to be honest. However if this spell of warm weather continues you could be ok. Best of luck.

oh, i cannot decide

the trouble with b&bs is that my kids don't do cots. or beds.

hmmm, shall ponder

I do want to eat apples very much

Go for it - I live just outside warwick and if it helps the weather has been great past couple of weekends! (I know it's the UK and it'll change now )
We're off camping this weekend with 18 week old - if your kids are 3 and 1 they'll love it, it'll be even more of an adventure
Take plenty of layers (and remember there is a travel lodge (between J12 and 13 of M40) and loads of b&bs around if you get here and its horrible or you change your mind)

I think weather in warwick is about as good as anywhere at the moment, beautiful one day, miserable the next, you just have to go for it and take a chance, if it gets awful, run and check into a local travel lodge
