about this tent - Jamet Roma 4 Tunnel Tent - seen it in Outdoor Megastore for £175.
there is 3 of us - it looks quite spacious and like there would be no problems standing upright in it. Any thoughts or opinions either way on this make/model? (tried to do a link but failed)

\link{http://www.caravans-camping.co.uk/70040/info.php?p=7&cat=15723\campus harvard is pretty good}

we have one. HH of 3000, spacious enough for 2 adults 2 toddlers, can put it up in 30 minutes max - 1 person, 2 people could do it in 15, i reckon.

vile vile colours-be warned. tis cheap. £66 quid. its a "second". not second-around £130.

i hated it til i took the kids camping alone this week and was actually plesently suprised at how easy it was to get up.

We have a tent similar to the one you link to jessicaandrebeccasmummy, which I love. I think it's only claiming 2000m hydrostatic head, same as ours, which is NOT QUITE up to the job - at least, seams leaked on ours in a big storm. Dh reckons a bit of seam sealant will sort it out, but not been in rain since so have yet to see. What I do love though is that with a tent like that, it's all head room - so room for a travel cot in one of the bedrooms for example...

we saw loads of those khyams over the weekend, Dh liked them a lot but I am not sure. It took 90 minutes to put our tent up for the first time at a (very) relaxed pace, hardly the end of the world is it? And space in ours was more than adequate.

personally, having had a tunnel tent, I'm not sure about them- the living space doesn't feel as homely as in a domed tent.
