Anyone any experience of these? Have used 10cm SIM for while but find it too hard. Have always found airbeds more comfy though the deflate part is annoying.

Aerobeds are the ones to get if you definitely want an airbed, they are the best.

But I dislike airbeds in general, you need individual beds otherwise every move the other person makes wakes you up, they tend to deflate during the night, and I always wake in the middle of the night absolutely freezing.

I have an active dual chamber aerobed. Very comfy, best nights sleeping whilst camping ever. Easy to inflate and even better, easy to deflate and takes up hardly any space. Offe at the moment on their website - £64.99 I think

We have one, I would rate it very comfy but it slowly deflated overnight - I can't find a puncture anywhere, so am not sure if it's the seal or something else. Double size not great for 2 lard arses who like their space, either.

Thanks for these replies. For outdoor use does it have to be one of the active ones? Fancy kingsize beaut they seem to be indoor variety.

We have an indoor king size, and its brilliant - have never had issues with deflation and its up and down so quickly.

We take a power pack with us anyway as dh has a machine to help his breathing overnight which needs to be plugged in and we don't always have a pitch with power, so the pluging in the indoor one isn't an issue
