Caravan sites near Disneyland Paris

Can anyone recommend a good caravan site near Disneyland Paris? Needs to be toddler friendly with good transport links. We're going in October so possibly too cold for swimming. Has anyone stayed anywhere good?

Don't know any. Many people stay in the Disney car park (no facilities), where they charge approx £30 or so up to 24.00h at night. So if you arrive say today at 20.00h and you visit the park tomorrow you would need to pay £60 to park with no access to facilities. Other people just park outside the Disney barriers.

There is a reasonable camping near Longchamp in Paris. Sanitation was filthy though, but very quick to get to centre with the metro (not that close to Disneyland though).

£30 is expensive for no facilities. Managed to book one through the caravan club today anyway, 15 min drive away so not too bad. Thanks replying though.

I know this is a bit late but in case the one you booked falls through:

We stayed there in the summer and really liked it. About 20-25 minutes away.

We usually stay at Jablines here but I don't think it's open beyond the end of September, sadly. It's a fairly basic site, but very clean facilities and run by friendly, helpful people. It's set in a leisure park with a man-made lake and lovely beach - if you take bikes it's great for exploring.

Anyway, this is another that's close by - haven't stayed there personally but would probably fit the bill. It's open to beginning of November, so worth a look? Maybe there is someone on Mumsnet who can give you a bit more info. Also, this one, again, not stayed there, but fairly close by, and also open until early November.

Thanks again. We have booked a space at des quatre vents, which I think is in one of your links stringbean. We booked it through the caravan club, so hopefully it won't fall through.
Now if anyone can recommend any great places to stay on the slow drive back to Calais (we have 3 days spare) then that would be much appreciated Grin

There is also Camping les Etangs Fleuris, Touquin which is a 20 minute drive to Disneyland Paris they do have tents and motor homes to rent, they do not have transportation to Disneyland but it is a good place.

We stayed at Les 4 Vents this summer and it worked really well for the Disnay site. The best bit of advice we got was that when you drive up to the Disney resort, DON'T follow signs for the general car park. That's 15 euros and abut a 15 minute walk to the entrances. If you follow signs for the Disney village parking, use that multi storey car park. It's right next to the entrance and cost us 9 euros for the whole day. Trust me - its def worth it!
