I need to lose a stone. Over the last 18 months it has crept on and I don't want even more to creep on so I thought I would start before it's too late!
I have joined mfp and I am going to try to stick to 1250 cals a day of HEALTHY food - fruit, veg, wholemeal pittas, brown rice, lean meat etc. I am going to ban all "crap" ie fast food - dominos and mc Donald's I always used to eat well so there is no need to me to eat badly.
I am also going to exercise 5 times a week - gym or running or DVD and 30 mins of walking a day as well (dog walking!)
I haven't got a time frame I am just going to keep going, getting healthier at the same time! Time frames don't work for me as if I don't reach a goal then I get so demotivated! This is equally about getting fitter and healthier!
I'm off to the gym later as well. Please join me for motivation!
