with things like home made soup/casserole etc? For example last night I cooked turkey breast (easy to enter into MFP) with some brown rice (again weighed it out and easily entered into MFP) but the sauce was made up of chopped tomatoes, red pepper, kidney beans, sweetcorn, pancetta, mushrooms, courgettes, all sautéed in extra virgin olive oil.
How can I accurately count the calories? Is it a case of having to weigh out each thing? E.g weigh out the beans, corn etc? If so that's such a faff! Also salads I always find to be tricky.
