Do you think I should allow calories for bfing a 2 year old? He still has milk through the day and night (on demand - he's fairly demanding!) mfp works out my calorie goal as 1300, I also many sure if I should say i am lightly active - I do affair amount if walking but no gym or anything. Is 1300 too low? My TDEE is 1540, if I class myself as sedentary.
