Morning Smile

I signed up to MFP yesterday to try to lose the last stone of baby weight. I ended up eating an extra 82 calories -oops!! Even though I earnt some back with exercise Blush

So, today is a new day and determind not to go over!!

However - and this is a stupid question, how many mls count as one glass of water?

I drink bottled water as we're spring fed so it's not great. The bottles I have are 500ml.

How many do I need to make the 8 glasses?

TIA and good luck to everyone else trying to lose weight Smile

I went over by 215 last night but it was worth it Wink

I've been on mfp just over a week and lost 6lbs already, tho expecting it to slow down now

I didn't realise we were meant to drink 8 glasses I struggle with 5!

I think I read the first week you loose a lot in water retention but as long as those scales are heading down I'm happy Grin

My first big challenge is tomorow it's my 30th so lots of eating out and booze is on the cards, I've been scanning restaurants menus looking for low cal options and found a pizza at pizza express under 500.

I think that's why I'm enjoying this diet more than others, I'm not hungry all the time and enjoying food a lot more.

Tea doesn't matter if you drink it without milk or have herbal tea. I think lemon & ginger tea counts as 4 calories a cup.

Well, I've managed 6 glasses so far so not too bad!

Thanks for the tip Eastpoint

Managed 4 glasses so far today Smile

Was slightly under 1200 calories yesterday but didn't feel too hungry which is good Smile

Had boiled eggs with just one small slice of bread. Had a cup of tea but no sugar and only have a drop of skimmed milk. So far so good!

Happy birthday snickers Flowers

Thanks pumpkin, keep up the good work Smile

I won't even mention how many calories I've had so far and not had any booze yet!

I suspect a cup of water is the American measuring cup. So 250ml. I am ready to be corrected though!
