Weightless mojo - whats yours, and how do I get some?

Really struggling here. I've been losing/gaining/losing the same two stone for about ten years, and I've had enough :( I can't find the motivation to stick at it; I get down to about a stone oversight, and 'reward' myself by gorging and putting it all back on again. It's making me crazy, but I just can't seem to stick at it. How do you stay motivated?

Try my fitness pal Smile it's ace. Usually around 1200 kcal per day to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.

I use these golden rules and have just under a stone to go (lost 2.5)

Log everything. Every morsel. Right down to the ketchup with your chips or the milk in your tea.

Don't drink your calories, eg wine / latte / milkshake etc.

Weigh yourself every day. Before first food or drink

Have an inspirational piece of clothing (I have some gorgeous size ten jeans with the tags on)

As of last week I am getting dh to take a photo of me every Saturday to track the changes in my body as I lose the last stone.

If you like, treat the 1200 as a weekly average, so if you go off track one day a couple of lean days either side will balance it out.

This may sound odd but I mentally log foods I 'almost' ate. Eg today I have almost eaten 2 slices of banana cake and chocolate buttons! Smile Was in the moment and managed to resist.

It's bloody hard though. But worth it.

Well Dukan has seen me get the scales going down again. I also think the Slimming World Original plan is very good.

i have around half a stone to lose so not too much. My motivation is my jeans being too tight and uncomfortable.

Hi all.after having 9 children (6as a history surrogate) I decided to have a tummy tuck. I was advised the more weight I lost the better the results. I Went from 18 stone to 13.6 day I had tummy tuck. I came out 10lbs lighter so weighted 12.10. I'm constantly at the gym doing weights and cardio. I eat healthily and smaller portions. So how come 4 months later I'm in smaller clothes yet weight is back to 13.6?? Before tummy tuck my zip jeans were 18 . So I lost 10lbs & 6 inches in total to get into 14. Toning up I'm now size 12/14 shop depending. The weight thing really getting to me! I know weight gain fir me is due to period coming so that's 7lbs I always gain. Help needed xx thanks
