Am I grabbing at straws here to wonder how many calories/much excersize I've "earned" spending a whole day at chessington?

Took my own food so have been able to be healthy abs track everything foodwise.

I would log it as walking - although the adrenalin rush might have put your HR up a bit more ?! so all good !! have you considered getting a FitBit tracker that links in with MFP - I bought one - just the small £49 one - it tracks every step you take and indicates how many cals burned !! you can even get a weigh scale that links in to your wifi and updates it all too £99 ( I'm asking Santa for one ) check out fit bit online - worth a look as all very clear and just clip it on your bra !
