I need to use my ground almonds and flaked almonds - can you recommend a nice tray-bake or cookie recipe??

I've got some almonds that I need to use up (ground and flaked) and would like to make either a tray-bake or some cookies. I also have the following ingredients:

Glace Cherries
Raisins
Sultanas
Mixed Peel
Stork
Butter
Self Raising Flour
Plain Flour
Eggs
Almond Extract
Vanilla Extract
Light Muscavado Sugar
Caster Sugar
Soft Brown Sugar

I would normally do a cherry and almond madeira or cupcakes but I fancy a tray-bake or cookies... Any ideas?

TIA

You could make soft amaretti, even better with lemon zest, or a Bakewell tart, or a frangipane tart.

You got polenta? (Stupid question, it's mn ffs) how about a variation on nigellas lemon polenta cake? Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
