Since before half term, my dd has had lots of problems with children in her class. There is one particular girl she plays with whom has done alot of things where my daughter has had accident forms home and this week she scratched her but dd wont make it clear how or if it was done by nails or a object
Because of these incidents my daughter comes home screams and bangs doors and gets very up set.which is not her normal nature. I spoke with the teacher last week and all she fucking said was i will talk with them at lunch time its not worth doing anything with five weeks left. But now my daughter has been scratched and today come home upset but thankfully not another meltdown ilike last week. I am wondering if this time the matter should be addressed with the head teacher. I dont accept that its only five weeks and they should be told to be nice is an acceptable strategy. What to others advise?

Head teacher! Violence is never excusable, god kids can be so cruel to each other. If it was your dd who was scratching another child surely you'd be furious. Good luck x

You've got to take action! Make a point, don't entrust a incapable member of staff, threaten to pull your daughter out of school if she's continued to be physically abused. Even empty threats can make a difference, when my Amelia was given a black eye by her school bully, i threated to take the story to the papers. No school should condole physical violence. Make a stand for your daughter's sake x
