My child is being bullied at school at the moment.
I can't sleep or eat properly, or work normally. It's gone on for months. To help me try to understand whats happening, I have started a blog. Not sure if its going to help me, but I am open to suggestions.
Parenting a child being bullied is not talked about enough.

If you have any suggestions, leave a message. Thanks

Join the worried mums club! maybe we should set that up?

My son is being bullied too by a goveners son so the school don't want to help Angry
I rang them yesterday and told them to sort it as it has been going on for months and he has asked to move schools but apart from this 1 child everything else is going well he is in top sets getting good grades etc he is fortunate enough to have some secure friendships

Keep on at the school - say you will go the LEA if they don't sort it and encourage him in any good friendships he has

Chin up mum i'm sure it will end soon and remember what goes around comes around

It's horrible, isn't it? I was bullied at school as well and when DS was being bullied it took me right back to being 13 and picked on by everyone. I was a bit panicky for a while then angry as I realised I was the only person who would and could deal with it. I ploughed my energies into helping him deal with it. There will always be bullies in the world and I'd rather all my children learned how to handle it. I have no desire to parent other people's brats children, I just wanted mine to be happy. The only time I went into action was when DD2 was saying she wouldn't go back to school after the summer holiday.
