13yr old being bullied for second time

Hi,
My 13yr old daughter is becoming very depressed due to persistant bullying at her school. I went to the school in January and spoke to her head of year who was lovely and within a few weeks things stopped. But this has raisen its ugly head again and I'm fearful that it is going to take alot more to stop it this time. I don't live with me daughter she lives with her mum and has started fighting with her mum and becoming very stressed and easily upset.
Does anyone know what the next step would be to have this stopped? I think this has gone beyond the head of year sorting it out.

Thanks
B Ward

Make an appointment with the head. Ask for their bullying policy and be prepared to list specific incidents rather than just general nastiness. Put the ball firmly in the head's court and ask what he/she is doing to protect your child.
