breastfeeding after breast enlargement surgery

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of this please?
I breastfed DS fine and then had surgery afterwards (over 3 years ago) and although the surgeon assured me breast feeding in the future would be fine I'd rather like some reassurance if possible (No 2 due in 7 weeks).
