Weaned 21-month-old suddenly trying to breastfeed again!

I'm six months pregnant and my toddler has started trying to breastfeed again, several months after weaning. A couple of times when I've been on the phone and distracted he has succeeded. He's not actually latching on properly or getting any milk -- he seems content to just pretend he's a baby again. Do you think it has to do with the impending arrival of a new baby? Any ideas on dealing sensitively with this? He also tries to have his hand down my top for comfort at bedtime but has also tried it elsewhere when not so appropriate. I'm feeling kinda mauled!

My baby (14months) sometimes looks like she's going to try to latch on on a morning when she gets into bed, but I head her off when I see that look in her eye!

My ds who's 3 and a half often puts his hand down my top and talks about 'boobies' I think that's just boys for you though, and yes, perhaps is feeling a little insecure about baby, how much have you told him?
