I think there are a few of us on here who were part of the testing panel for this. I thought the results might be useful for people who are looking for recommendations for good quality breastpads and treatments for sore nipples that work.

Determination - Silverette got the "Best Innovative" award! The Silveron breast pads also got "Commended".

YEEEEE HAAAAA and so they bloody should have!

If only more people believed in them.. they are amazing... in my opinion

Did you try/test any of them?

Yes - I got a Silverlon pad to test which was great and really helped heal some damage when ds was teething and had bitten me and also got lazy with his latch . Also got a few reusable breastpads to try but I wish I'd had the Lansinoh wool ones as they sound good. Plus I got a tube of Lansinoh, Purlan and some other nipple treatments... what a great goody bag . I just wish it had come along a few months earlier!

Yes, it's tricky because she might find it all a breeze and not need anything. It's a shame you have to get a lot of these things online as Boots etc don't tend to have a lot of choice, especially smaller branches.

(Still at the woman in our local Boots who told my dh 7 months ago that Lansinoh had been discontinued )

Oh purple please do... they will prevent her experience the awful pain of cracked nipples and could save her bfing relationship. I would definately say they are my most valuable bfing item.. I would frame them!
