Didn't use them on my own babies, but when ever I put one in my bag it leaked!

They are good for reducing colic and wind. They also helped my ds who had terrible reflux.

used them with ds1 and now with dts (7 weeks) have just bought some brand new and very cheap from someone on ebay. Have also just bought next stage teats from them as well and can highly recommend them if you decide to go down that route.

A bit more of a pain to clean than standard bottles, especially when using 14 in 24 hours but I must think it is worth it

ds1 had the most terrbile colic using regular bottles.
ds2 didnt have even a touch of it with doc browns.
a pain in the ass to clean, but very good. i think loads of others on here like them too.
i assume ds2 not suffering was down to the bottles. at £8 each or whatever they cost, i like to think it was the bottles.

I paid £13.39 for 4 inc p&p which is 3.48 per bottle so worth a try at that price.

No I don't work for them

A yay here for DD2. I used Avent for Ds and DD1 but DD2 has bad colic so MW recommended them. TBH I did baulk a bit at the price but I will say they worked a treat and despite the price were worth it!!

Used to watch the baby whisperer on discovery before ds1 arrived and she always used to advocate using a vented bottle. Also read an article in some m&b magazine saying vented bottles reduced colic and wind and helped with mixed feeding because the sensation was supposedly the same for db.
Bought Dr Browns when struggling with ds1 as only vented bottle on high street .
Ds1 never had a problem taking a bottle.
Didn't consider changing brand with ds2 and he hasn't had any problems either.
