Infant feeding

Ok, do your boobs stay permanently strange sizes...??

I have exclusively fed 6 mths old dd until last fortnight. I am returning to work and hope to feed morning and evening. She is now on bottles during the day. She has always preferred the right boob and the preference has gradually got more marked. I think the left boob has almost stopped producing altogether and the right still has a reasonable amount in. They are AT LEAST 2 cup sizes different at the moment and frankly look weird. They were the same size pre-bf. Has anyone experienced the same thing, and if so did they return to the size they were before?? If they don't I will seriously consider surgery tbh because I am mortified about how they look at the moment.

Hello I bf for 4 months (DS now nearly 11 months). I had a lot of probs with left breast (bled a lot, milk often pink when expressing, DS would sometimes throw up milk with blood in, v sore etc), so I ended up favouring right breast. Once I had completely stopped bf my boobs not only shrank to at least a cup size smaller than before, the right one, that was "used" more, is smaller than the left. My husband says you can't notice, but I can. I am devastated as boobs were only part of me I was TRULY happy with. Hasten to add, dont think this is all that common, not happened to any of my friends ...

Right breast still slightly smaller than left - but I think I'm the only one who can tell.

Stopped B/F when dd3 was just over a year (she's 3 now). The difference was more pronounced then than it is now.
