How to get ds to drink more at a feed.....any ideas/help please

My ds since switching to formula will drink an average of 3.5oz per feed, he weighs in excess of 14lbs and is 16 weeks old, my dd was drinking 8oz bottles by now and only waking once a night but he is waking twice. Ihave tried piercing the teats as HV advised but has not improved the situation. Does anyone have any advice for me please??

Yes.

Don't compare your children, it will end in worrying unnecessary worrying. If it was the other way round, you'd be worrying your second child was a gannet.
