5 month old Ff baby has bits of yellow in her poo - Google not helping!

Hi all. Usually post this on a CMPA support forum but no reply so far!

5 month old DD is on Nutramigen AA as she's been diagnosed with cow's milk protein allergy. Her poo is always green (normal for her type of formula) but also always firm but not dry (she has been on lactulose since 3 weeks old). She's just done a poo that has bits of yellow mixed in as well? She hasn't changed her medication or started solids yet, can anyone shed some light on what it could be?
