Teeth on my nipple ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow

So, when I first had LO, long story short, he had a tongue tie. Thanks to the amazing support here on mumsnet I persisted and eventually eventually (at nearly 2 months) got it treated, after nearly every medical professional telling me I was crazy and "just oversensitive." So, thank you all! It's been a journey (as they say on reality telly) but we're here now.

Now, at 7.5 months, LO has 5 teeth and two more pushing at the door. He's starting to walk and is an extremely physical, thrashy baby. This is making nursing nearly impossible.

I've had constant struggles with milk clots/blocked ducts and I'm very proud of myself for pushing on but it's not been easy. Now these teeth, though, I've hit a wall and need some support. :<br />
I currently have a blocked nipple duct...the amazing LC at my hospital's BF clinic says she's only ever seen one like it, where the clot is in the nipple, but deep enough that it's lodged. The pain is immense and I've taken some naproxen to help function. I'm doing hot soaks and all the treatments, so i'm on top of that. That, combined with the teeth and thrashing, though?

I'm crying pretty much every day, which can't be good for my babychild. I'm a TOUGH COOKIE and this is bloody dreadful.

I don't even know what I'm asking but I can't be alone. Does anyone else have an extremely thrashy baby, clot problems, and enough teeth to arm a fleet of great white sharks?

xx

I only have one of those (the thrashy and distractible variety), and he's younger so I fear it getting worse.

However, you have my absolute respect and admiration. I'm sorry I have no advice to give, or much else, but I think you're bloody brilliant.
