Breastfed 12 month old regularly vomitting up milk

I was looking for some advice, my son is 12 months old and still feeds morning, bedtime and through the night when he wakes. He's always been a sicky baby posseting little amounts often when younger. These days he's regularly (at least daily sometimes more) sick what looks like all his milk about 10/15 minutes after he feeds. He's a bit of a guzzleguts and I had thought he was just having too much milk but as this goes on I'm starting to think he might be intolerant to something in my milk.

I don't really want to start cutting things out of my diet as it seems a bit pointless as he's eating a range of foods in the day but I wanted some advice on whenther its possible to develop some sort of intolerance to milk at this stage.

He was never that interested in formula at nursery he doesn't have milk in the day anymore so stopping feeding him dosen't seem like an option as I think he needs to have milk (either BF/FF or Cow I don't really mind!)

Has anyone experiences this? What should I do?!
