When can she switch from formula to cow juice?

I've heard tons of conflicting stuff about this and am totally confused. DD is just over 1, she weaned herself off the boob at around 11 months, and I've been giving her formula - I struggle to get her to have 20 oz a day. She seems fine with milk in cereal, yoghurt etc, just not very bothered about her bottle apart from first thing. She eats very well and gets plenty of dairy, fish, meat so - when can I give up the formula?

I gave it up at about 11 months or a bit earlier I think, and moved to 'cow juice' - lol!

I'm pretty sure its 12 months.
