Defrosted expressed milk - how long is it ok for?

Defrosted some milk at 11pm last night but haven't used it yet. Will we have to use it before 11pm tonight or would it still be ok for the middle of the night feed at 4am (ish)?

Does anybody know, want to know if I can get out of the 4am feed or whether I should just let dh give it to him now?

Have checked the guidelines on my breastmilk freezerbags & they say it is 24 hours so would let dh give it now.
Sorry if that means you have to get up at 4am! (unless you express some more now and make dh do that feed too...!)
