I'm 28, about 2 years ago I went to drs about a lump in my right boob. After a biopsy they decided it was "fatty tissue".
My baby is 8 weeks old & I'm breast feeding. He has been sleeping through the night for about 1.5 weeks now so I thought the engorgement was under control.
Anyway, woke up this morning, was due to feed on left but right side was so hard; where I had been lying in the night when I sat up it kept it's shape from the lying down position, one side really flat!
I fed from the right and the bottom half feels normal but the top half all around my lump is rock hard. I'd say it's a good 8cm diameter of hardness. It's not hot/red & doesn't hurt but is a touch uncomfy.
Is this lump related or engorgement?
Any help, because it's Friday today, which means no Dr for the next 2 days!
