Stopping bottle feeding at 13 months: how do you do it??!!!! HELP!

My DD is 13 months and has been bottle-fed since I returned to work at 6 months (EBF until then). She has a beaker for all her drinks in the day, and her milk in the morning and at bedtime in a bottle. I've been trying to switch her to using a beaker for the morning milk, but she hates it and won't have it at all. She screams and cries until I give up and give her a bottle. I know I'm supposed to try and get her off the bottle around now, but do you have any advice about how to do this? Is it just me and her, or did you find it difficult too? Thanks for any advice!

my ds is 2 in Jan and only just dropping bottles. They have trainer spouts on rather than baby bottle teats.
If he was full enough at bedtime he would wait for a beaker of juice in the morning otherwise wanted a bottle. Last night he was too distracted for a bottle and decided he wanted a bowl of cereal with lots of milk instead.

What are "trainer spouts" and where do you get them from? Are they like a halfway house between bottle and cup?

trainer spouts I've bought the spouts on their own and put them on the bottles he was using.
