Breast milk comes out of baby's nose when feeding lying down?

Only on the left side. It doesn't seem to both him.

No other issues. He's a good feeder and has put on weight well. He's 6 months now.

When he was 6 weeks the doctor checked his palate and couldn't find any problems.

Is this a common thing?

It only really bothers me because I have to sit up to feed him from my left side in the night!
