Stupidly I have opened your email sent today.

I have spent months enjoying Dark Places/Sharp Objects and now finally Gone Girl by Gilliam Flynn. Thinking I'm saving her best til last.

I am almost at the end of Gone Girl - if the first line of your 'highlights' is right then you have COMPLETELY RUINED THE ENDING FOR ME!!!

I am disgusted with Mumsnet and your spammy emails if this is the case!!!!!!!!!

YOU SHOULD HAVE A WARNING ON THERE NOT TO READ OR BETTER STILL DO NOT EMAIL ME

Sadly off to bed to finish my book now...
