Hi there everyone. I just wondered if anyone else has read this book yet? I came across it on amazon, downloaded it...and I really like it. the true story of a dominatrix with loads of funny client stories in plus a love story. really well written, even the chapter titles made me laugh. the only issue i have with it is that i couldn't tell if her lover really did love her, or if he just used her? Would be great to know your thoughts....

I just finished it today. Loved its humour, so different to all the other BDSM books that've hit the shelves since 50 Shades. Made me laugh on a grim rainy day. I believed in the love story, there were moments when her lover Max sounded genuine, when he was crying, choked up. Though undoubtedly he was having his cake and eating it. They both seemed to benefit from the relationship, but that side of things was secondary to me. It was the real wierd fantasies that clients had that made me go 'what???!' and laugh my socks off. /emo/te/2.gif Some bits were pretty shocking /emo/te/5.gif and much more explict than 50 Shades but I loved its sexiness /emo/te/4.gif Great title a long way away from the desserts it conjurs up. I'll never see Instant Whip pud in the same light again. Always imagine a dom and her whip and lobbing cake at a client /emo/te/cake.png

Shouldn't this be in 'food'?

Thanks SuzieBB. I downloaded it lastnight and it's very funny. And, no, Theleastaccompliahedbennetgirl, it def doesn't belong in food!! Its the story of a dominatrix so the instant whips are of theleather variety not the frothy milky sort :) I like Max so far but maybe he gets worse later? I saw Cowleys comment above which makes me wonder. Really enjoying it. Different to 50shades and all that stuff

Just like to say I recently read this book to and it was a fantastically funny read. Good story and really interesting. My absolute favourite thing was spotting all the song lyrics and advert references dotted throughout. I counted about 5 song references and ten advert slogans. Wonder if anyone else can spot them too? Maybe the author should offer a prize for someone who spots all the ad slogans? :)
