Hand sanitizer help!!

I am currently 33 weeks and have just done a tour of our hospital delivery suite. What we have failed to plan for is an alternative hand sanitizer for my partner. He suffers from exzema on his hands and has a manual job so they are in a constant state of flare up with open cuts.

The alcohol hand sanitisers cause him pain and weakens the already damaged skin.

Can anyone recommend a more skin friendly option that still kills mrsa. It would be great if one existed as it would be one less thing ticked off the list.

If no alternative then I'm sure he will soldier through rather than risk a mrsa outbreak

Could he not just wash his hands at the sink with soap?

I'm not a fan of sanitisers full stop though, people trust them to much.

It's a hospital rule. Sure personal preference would be to use something else but it needs to kill MRSA.
