Can any body give me some advice on what I should do about cafcass report

Basically a few month back me and my now partner were going through a rough patch. Arguing over probably looking back now trivial things, I have two children we never argued in front of the children, my youngest daughter went to her dad's and told him that she didn't like my now partner of 2 years anymore. So he decided to take me to court for full custody saying that she wasn't safe around my partner. Caffcass made their report and it was disgusting. I had to end my relationship with my partner or the kids would be taken out of my care. Even though my partner was never spoken to directly they done all there checks and found nothing.. The best of it is my child's dad and his now partner have had domestic abuse in there relationship. My daughter has since said she misses my (parter) and obviously I do also. My head is all over I've lost the love of my life, but I can't risk loosing my child and all if this because of a Ex who loves to put his nose in my business and caffcass for being useless
