durham passport office

can anyone please help me my 5yr old sons passport is in durham they have had it since 9th of may not even been looked at cant get any help from advice line is there anyone with a direct number im desperate traveling in 2 weeks time

yes it rings then just goes dead after a while. don't know what to do im in more of a panic now because the lady that countersigned his passport has told me her passport expired today. even though it was in date at time application was received by the office

hi just got through to this number t last and the lady said it isn't the passport office but a private number help don't know what to do feel sick with all this now

You can't ring up the office directly in Durham. You can only go to the main switch board. 0300 222 0000. They can put a call back request in the log and you should get a call from Durham within 2 working days.

I filled out my sons application form 7 weeks ago, or so, and still not got one!!
