Newly mums - how do you feel about your life now from now-before baby arrived?

I want to get a jist of what some mums feel like from before they had their baby all the way to now.. has your opinion changed on how life would be? Did you expect it to be so hard/easy? What are your feelings? Is your baby reasonably good? How your coping with your deprived nights of sleep? etc.
