What's the standard disclaimer thingyamy for review posts?

Hi all

Just that, really! Just been sent my first freebie to review :) but I've noticed that when other people do reviews, there's a disclaimer bit at the bottom to the effect that they've received the product for free and have been asked to review it. Anyone help me out with the wording for this?
