Just joined - when does blog become added to directory?

Hiya, I've recently joined, added the badge to my book blog, sent through a photo, just wondered when my blog will appear here in some shape or form? Apologies if this is answered elsewhere and I've missed it.

I was going to ask the same thing. I filled out my form on Monday and would be good to know what timescale MN are working to. I was waiting to hear back from someone before I put the badge on my blog and send in a pic etc. but maybe they're waiting for me?

Me too, I filled out my form last thursday and haven't heard anything yet. Im a bit of a technophobe so not sure if I registered correctly. Any help on this would be useful, thanks x

Hi, I submitted my form on May 5, did my Mumsnet membership at the same time and that part of the form went out ok but 2 months later I'm not in the directory? Other people in this thread have got through on much smaller timescales... have I done something wrong/not been accepted for some reason?

Have you posted a lot on your blog? I think they are looking for blogs that are up and running with quite a few posts already - I didn't apply until I had almost a month's worth of posts (and I post 6 times a week) plus 40 visitors per day and was accepted within 4 days. So, there is a little bit of a backlog there but if you haven't heard after a week I would suggest keep posting to your blog, optimise on Google and then resubmit. Content is king in the blogging world! Followed by optimisation and good links!

Ah, it may just be that then - but to be fair, if that was the reason I'd have liked an email saying "You haven't been accepted due to lack of content - try again when you have 100 posts" or something.
