Pippa passed away in the early hours of this morning after a viral infection led to blood poisoning, she was 3 years old. Her and her big brother were so excited as 10 days ago I had a baby. I am so utterly lost and heartbroken.

Oh, catpip, I am so, so sorry for your loss. You must be in a world of pain. May you find the strength, and are given the comfort, to get through this. And in the meantime I imagine you are hugging her big brother and tiny sibling so hard.

I am so sorry . This is the hardest thing a parent has to bear. Please keep coming back for support but seek out people in real life too. I am sure your GP will know of local support groups. X

there is a place on MN with some very wise, kind women who have lost their children. When you are ready, it might be a good idea to take a look

I am so sorry for your terrible loss. I won't promise that the pain will get 'easier' but you will, one day, find a way to live with it x

Oh what a devastating thing to happen. I am so sorry. My words are clumsy and all wrong but I am hoping that the fact that strangers care for you all is a comfort. I am so sorry.

Oh Cathpip, I'm so, so sorry to hear this. I wish I could say something that would ease your pain.

Have you got RL support to lean on? I'm in the SW and will do whatever I can to help. Please PM me if you are in this area and need anything.

Thinking of you and your lovely family. xx
