Was not going to share this as it;s quite embarassing, but my bruises are so huge and quite sore - so here I am.
DD(3) plays in her room every night before getting into bed. Her favorite game is to empty her toybox and sit in it.
Yesterday morning she woke early because she was wet and wanted a dry nappy, I went in to her room in the dark and although I could see a heap of toys, I thought I would be okay to reach the wardrobe if I planted my foot firmly hrough the mound on to the floor - wrong!
I lost my balance and ended up like some catoon wedged in the empty toybox with my legs sticking up in the air, having hit the footboard of the bed on the way.
Suffice to say, DD got her dry napy and was thenmade to tidy her room at 5.30am while mummy, very crossly hobbled downstairs for a cup of tea.
DH say's an untidy room is healthy for a 3yr old girl - but obviously not for her mummy!
