Nearly 4-year old suddenly refuses to sleep and cries when I leave

Hi all, I'm pretty sure this is normal, but just recently my DD has started refusing to go to sleep. About a year ago we moved house and it really unsettled her, so I started staying in her room and holding her hand while she fell asleep - but this is still happening. I've tried to break the cycle, but so far no luck. Sometimes she'll tell me she wants to go to sleep by herself but the minute I go downstairs she starts screaming for me. Lately she's not been down until 9.
Also, she's started crying when I leave for work each morning. I've worked full-time since she was 6 months, so it's nothing new, and she absolutely loves her nanny and the other kids we share her with.
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips would be massively appreciated!

A year is long time since moving to still be affected by it, so maybe just a cycle you've gotten into. In my (brief) experience attachment can come and go at different times, sometimes they want you more than others. Try different sleep training? Stay at door of room and move away bit by bit, promise to keep coming back every 5 mins, stickers charts.....??? Anything else she's worried about? Never know if ask she may tell you something you don't already know. How long does she cry for when you go to work? She may be fine as soon as you walk out the door.... Good luck x
