cot bumpers???

Advice please - twice lately we have found our 4 month old has woken up and rotated herself round then stuck her legs through the bars on the cot. She has not cried, in fact she looked rather pleased with herself this afternoon! I am worried though that she could hurt herself. Normally she is in a Grobag which I think would prevent thisbut it's too hot at the moment so she's just in a body suit. I know cot bumpers are not advisable but I am concerned she will injure her legs. Any suggestions please?

the airwrap bumper is supposed to be good (I never used any)

We had the same problem. Also dummy being hurled through the gaps never to be seen again! I bought a breathable mesh wrap for the cot from Amazon and it's brilliant. I think it's called an 'air wrap.' Solved all of our problems Smile

Cot bumpers are dangerous so I discovered when I asked a similar Q a few months back.. Risk of suffocation, definitely go for the air wrap

Have ordered my airwrap! Good thing too, when I woke up the little one was manoeuvring herself into position to put her legs through again and chortling away to herself! Thanks for advice.

Can the air wrap be used for any size cot?

I have a compact cot from kiddicare and this would be just the job if it fitted

they sell them on kiddicare too - for either 2 sided (solid end cots) or 4 sided cots. Says it is adjustable and fits most cots.
