No step reflex

I'm not sure how relevant/important this is but my baby doesn't/didn't have the step reflex straight away she could bear her weight on her legs but didn't step she's 16 weeks this week and still can stand Bering weight just wondered how important that step thing was

I wouldn't worry about that at all, ds kept his step reflex for ages but dd never seemed to do it, I didn't think twice about it tbh.
