Ds 7 and still no wobbley teeth??

ds has not long turned 7 and his baby teeth are rock solid! Everyone in his class has a mouth full of big teeth and i suspect most in the class below him are loosing theirs too.
the last time he saw the dentist he said he could feel his big teeth in the gum. Is there any particular reason why he hasn't lost any yet? His baby teeth are beginning to look a bit small and very spaced out for his 'ever increasing' head and he is desperate for the tooth fairy to come!
Any ideas?

My DS is also 7 and still has all his baby teeth. The dentist isn't worried and has said he will get his big molars before he loses any baby teeth. He is not impressed!

Don't worry, all 3 of my dc have been late with their grown up teeth. Ds has only just got his front teeth age 8.

I think they lost their first teeth towards the end of year 2, when they were 7.

Oh thats reassuring to know. I heard a women once talk about her son who had a problem with his teeth resulting in him not loosing his baby teeth at all or at least not all of them. Thanks for the feeedback, i will tell him to be patient.
