Why doesn't he like his pushchair???

My little boy is 3 months old and hates going out in the pushchair and going in the car seat. He just cries and cries and in the end we give and pick him up. I've tried laying him down, sitting him up and nothing works. He will only go sleep in his cot if he is on his belly.
Any adivce would be really really helpful, as we have a dog and we love going out walking....:0

get a decent sling! Mine did this from 3 months to about mmm 14 months. I used either a coorie pouch or a cwtshi, easier for out walking with a dog anyway then pushing a pushchair.

Def easier than pushing and carrying - it took me about 2 months to totally ditch the pushchair wish I had done it sooner.

ifyou cant do a sling get a second hand pram and let hi lay ob his front...i even turned my stroller hood round and put blankets on the seat for my ds2 when he was tiny so he could lay on his front and i could see him...not recommended apparently, but i gave it a go..

How cosy is it, perhaps lie him on an already warmed blanket ? Does it face you ? dd was really awkward but having her head end raised up(she had reflux) and facing the person pushing helped. Often she preferred being in the Baby Bjorn Timing the trips may be crucial to begin with too, so as he is neither overtired or hungry.

Hello, we had exactly the same until I realised it was only when our DS was teething. I felt terrible as I used to get so stressed (internally) about it. It stopped after a while and reared its ugly head each and every time he started teething again.
Obviously this may not be your situation but you might want to check for teething?
HTH and that it gets better soon xx

When ds was 3 months old I took him everywhere in the sling/frontpack - my mum thought I was mad, and so I pointed out all the people in the shopping centre that were pushing a pram and also carrying a baby.
