I've seen this mentioned a few times, haven't heard anything from our HV yet (DS is 23m). I don't have any concerns, just interested to know if it is a universal thing.

Ours is at 2 1/2 rather than 2
It should say in your red book I think? Or maybe not. Think I saw it on the programme of activities at children's centre

Ours was at 3. No harness in ringing and asking your HV though or taking Lo to be weighed and checked and asking then Smile.

Ours does, but I didn't get a letter about it until a couple of months after dd's 2nd birthday. I was told that they aim to do them by 2.5yrs old, so still plenty of time left yet.

No need to be embarrassed about that, some people believe that we should look at the baby and not bother to weigh them. Just suggested going to the weigh in clinic in case you didn't want to phone Smile

There's a sign up in out health centre saying something like: "as per Scottish Government guidance, 2 year checks are done at 27 months. So all 2 year checks done in 2013 will be done at 27mo."

I got a couple of letters from our local clinic when DC1 was 2yo. When I turned up at a clinic with her, the HVs were massively surprised to see us! So I had her weighed/measured, collected her book pack and left ASAP.

Ditto with DC2 at 1yo Smile
