I feel like such a criminal. Her teacher spoke to me about it today.

Last week she bought some little figures home that I found her playing with. Yesterday she has some rubbers in her pocket and today the teacher found another toy in her pocket.

I have told her again not to bring things home. Part of me thinks she forgets they are in her pockets and part of thinks she knows that is putting them there to bring them home.

Anyone else had this? Any tips? I really dont want the teacher having to speak to me again - She is a bit scary!

DS did this at nursery with toy cars. He had a lovely teacher who talked to him about how sad it made her feel when the toys werent there at nursery for all the children. I checked his pockets at pick up for a while and looked serious but I think overall nobody thought it was too awful, they are only little at 4.

Thanks! I am going to be checking her pockets from now on. Her teacher made me feel awful.

Dd said sorry to be by herself earlier so I have suggested that we apologize to her teacher tomorrow.
