She has moments like any other two year old where she thinks its funny to not listen and run away towards the road like she's just done. I ten had to sprint to grab her with a force so she didn't continue Onto the road. How do you deal wih your little one when they do t do this?

I know it's normal behaviour at this age but how do you incorporate the understanding of danger seeing as they have no danger awareness.

I just feel like she isn't listening which results me me raising y voice. Hmm

Do you still use a buggy?

If so, grab her, strap her in, she'll soon get the message. My dd1 was like this, and we just strapped her back in the buggy. It seemed to work for her, as now she has a good fear of cars, roads, and will hold our hands when crossing the road, and hen in car parks.

Reins. You can't count on them learning about danger for at least another year.
